i just hit 200 and went to rebirth, i was a NL npc says you are now qualified to rebirth or something then he lvls me up and now im a level 201 night lord...
how can i fix

Only way to be fixed to to ask a GM to change your level back to 200,then you can rebirth again.
PS. Were you wearing items during rebirth?
