My account has been blocked / deleted, Please HELP!!

Please see this message as fast as possible, my account,
Char Name : ItsKen has been blocked for no reason while i was ready to go to papulatus, then i suddenly logout when i relog they say that This id has been blocked or deleted. Please help me!! & i try to create new account in this website, but all of the new account i created cant login, blocked again sad!! & i got one more night lord name : HermitzKenz, is still logged in, please help!! I cant even play anything!! Please help me solve this problems
